Rules & Regulations:

MUST BE USCF REGISTERED.  U.S. Cycling Federation rules will apply.  All riders and racers must have USCF membership.  Racing participants who are not a member can purchase a temporary membership for $10.00 per day.   The promoter reserves the right to change or combine categories.
