Guidelines
- All requests for Host Family Housing will be
coordinated by the Housing Coordinators.
- Host Families provide sleeping and bath
accommodations.
- Host families are under no obligation to
provide food; however, kitchen privileges may be an option.
- Racers have priority for housing. Support
staff will be housed if additional housing is available after
all riders are housed.
- Support staff should plan on making
reservations at a local motel. Only team members may stay in
host family homes. Relatives and friends must make their own
reservations at local motels.
- Only those riders assigned to a home may stay
there; host families indicate the maximum number of riders they
can accommodate and their wishes must be respected. Do not ask
families directly to house additional riders.
- Few families can house an entire team;
therefore teams may be split between two or three homes in the
same vicinity.
- Please, no coed housing.
- Housing requests will be matched with host
families once the final team list has been released by the race
director and those requesting housing will receive information
on accommodations and can contact the host family.
Riders who do not follow these guidelines may lose their
housing privileges
